Radio Holland, a global leader in NavCom solutions for the maritime industry, is seeking a Field Engineer to install and commission maritime electronics onboard ships. The role involves working at shipyards on various vessel types such as cargo ships, workboats, and yachts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, and integrating navigation and communication equipment like radars, sonars, ECDIS, and autopilots.

Key Responsibilities:

🛠 Installation & Commissioning:

• Install navigation and communication equipment onboard ships following technical drawings.
• Commission and test installed equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Provide handover demonstrations to customers upon successful installation.

📋 Coordination & Project Execution:

• Collaborate with shipyard personnel and onboard teams to coordinate activities.
• Ensure that all installation work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Represent Radio Holland at the shipyard, ensuring high service standards.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Vocational level education in a technical/industrial field.
• Prior experience in a technical/industrial environment preferred.

• Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills.
