DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring a Logistics Coordinator (Offshore) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role involves managing offshore logistics operations, coordinating maintenance activities, handling staff rotations, and ensuring seamless supply chain execution. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas logistics, with offshore expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

🚛 Drivers & Staff Management:

• Monitor validity of documents and passes for operators & equipment.
• Plan accommodation & travel for drivers.
• Ensure proper site conditions and arrange PPE for drivers.
• Conduct training programs for offshore employees.

🔄 Rotations Planning & Reporting:

• Organize technical, safety, and practical training for offshore staff.
• Track leave & travel history of operators.
• Provide monthly rotation reports to management.

⚙ Maintenance Coordination:

• Ensure on-time equipment maintenance & repairs with subcontractors.
• Oversee spare parts delivery and replacement logistics.
• Maintain cost ledgers and purchase orders for planned maintenance.

📊 Reporting & Documentation:

• Update project trackers (Master sheet, Equipment tracker, PO tracker, etc.).
• Submit monthly reports on maintenance, LPO expenses, and operations.
• Ensure project profitability & KPI achievements.

🛠 Systems & Applications:

• Manage Optima Application & IVMS tracking system.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

🦺 HSE & Compliance:

• Adhere to HSE policies and coordinate safety reporting.
• Participate in incident investigations & audits.
• Ensure compliance with offshore safety standards.

📑 Onshore Support & Invoicing:

• Process client and supplier timesheets.
• Follow up on invoice approvals & purchase orders.
• Track equipment rental and financial accruals.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Mechanical background required.
• 5+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas logistics (Offshore experience is mandatory).

💡 Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational & coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management & communication.
