Miral Experiences is seeking a SEA Entertainment Director to lead and oversee live shows, character performances, special events, and entertainment programs at the assigned property. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, safety compliance, financial management, and guest satisfaction while driving the creative vision of entertainment experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

🎭 Manage daily operations of all entertainment venues and events.
📋 Develop and implement strategic plans for live shows and special events.
🎯 Set team KPIs, conduct appraisals, and provide leadership and mentorship.
💰 Oversee entertainment budgets, staff schedules, and capital planning.
🎬 Ensure high production standards in stage management, costuming, and live performances.
📊 Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitive benchmarking.
⚠️ Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree (Theatrical/Fine Arts preferred).
🎟️ 7+ years of experience in the live entertainment industry.
🎭 Strong background in entertainment production, stage management, and theatrical disciplines.
🌍 Experience working in a diverse international environment.
🎡 Prior involvement in large-scale theme park projects (design, production, and planning).

Preferred Qualifications:

🏰 Previous experience in theme park or attraction openings.
🎓 Master’s in Fine Arts (MFA) or related field.
