Job Title : Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our dynamic real estate sales team in Dubai. This role plays a key part in:

Driving revenue growth
Building strong client relationships
Shaping strategic sales initiatives in a competitive market

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Sales Strategies – Drive business growth and achieve targets.
Lead & Motivate the Sales Team – Inspire and mentor a results-driven team.
Market Analysis & Business Development – Identify trends, opportunities & competitive insights.
Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong stakeholder connections.
Performance Monitoring & Training – Conduct sales training and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Marketing – Develop impactful promotional campaigns to generate leads.
Negotiate & Close Deals – Maximize revenue through strong negotiation and closing skills.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting – Provide data-driven insights for strategic planning.
Enhance Customer Experience – Gather and implement feedback to improve services.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Proven Experience – Minimum 3-5 years in Dubai real estate sales management.
🔹 Leadership Skills – Ability to develop and manage high-performing teams.
🔹 Market Knowledge – Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate trends and investment landscape.
🔹 Excellent Communication – Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
🔹 Results-Driven – Ability to work under pressure and exceed sales targets.
🔹 Professionalism & Integrity – Committed to ethical business practices.
🔹 Language Skills – Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
