Job Title: Accounts & Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage financial transactions, reporting, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will handle accounts, prepare financial statements, ensure tax compliance, and support financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Financial Accounting & Reporting: Maintain financial records, general ledgers, and prepare financial statements.
✅ Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and collections efficiently.
✅ Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile company bank statements for accuracy.
✅ Taxation & Compliance: Handle tax calculations, VAT/GST filings, corporate tax, and compliance with regulations.
✅ Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
✅ Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate with auditors and implement best financial practices.
✅ Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate payroll calculations and salary disbursement.
✅ Cost Control & Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to improve cost-efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ Experience: 3-5 years in accounting & finance roles.
✅ Languages Preferred: English, Tamil, Hindi, Arabic.
✅ Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
✅ Work Style: High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
