Key Responsibilities:

✅ Vehicle Diagnostics & Maintenance:

• Conduct comprehensive inspections and diagnostics on race cars and high-performance road vehicles.
• Perform engine, suspension, and braking system repairs and upgrades to optimize vehicle performance.

✅ Race Day & Track Support:

• Assist in race day preparations, including vehicle setup, tire changes, and post-race evaluations.
• Work alongside engineers and performance specialists to implement tuning and enhancement strategies.
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and performance standards for both track and road use.

✅ Workshop & Equipment Management:

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and service schedules.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and securely stored.
• Adhere to strict safety regulations to maintain a high-performance work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or race mechanic in a high-performance or motorsports setting.
• Expertise in automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical components.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Passion for motorsports and performance vehicles, with a deep understanding of racing dynamics.
• Relevant certifications in automotive technology or mechanical engineering are an advantage.
