Universal Rubber Belts is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee the transportation, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished products. The role ensures timely deliveries, cost-efficient logistics operations, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and organizational skills to optimize supply chain processes within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipment & Delivery Management:

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track shipment status, resolve delays, and liaise with transportation providers.
• Optimize freight costs while maintaining efficiency and quality service levels.

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Assist in warehouse organization and efficiency improvement.

Supplier & Customer Coordination:

• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to manage shipments and resolve logistics issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for import/export processes.
• Support customer order fulfillment by coordinating with internal teams.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation.
• Promote safety procedures in logistics and warehouse operations.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems and logistics software is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong coordination and organizational skills to handle multiple shipments and tasks.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, import/export procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/logistics systems.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills for effective collaboration.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 3,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
