Sharaf DG is seeking a Sr. Team Leader to lead its Telecom SMB Hunting Business division in Dubai. This role is responsible for acquiring new Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients, driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and managing a team of Senior Sales Executives and Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and manage a sales team to acquire SMB clients for telecom services and products.
🔹 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
🔹 Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term customers.
🔹 Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in SMB accounts.
🔹 Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
🔹 Set clear objectives and performance targets for team members.
🔹 Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
🔹 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market forces.
🔹 Utilize CRM tools to track sales pipelines, customer interactions, and performance indicators.
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) for seamless service delivery.
🔹 Develop long-term customer relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
✔ Proven track record in B2B telecom sales and business development.
✔ Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
✔ Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented personality.
✔ Knowledge of telecom products, services, and market trends.
✔ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
