Arios21 is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth in Fintech and Crypto Exchange. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in service provider management, token listings, client acquisition, and market strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Service Provider Management
- Maintain relationships with liquidity providers, payment processors, and compliance partners.
- Research and onboard new service providers to enhance exchange offerings.
- Negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
🔹 Token Listings & Partnerships
- Manage end-to-end token listing processes, from due diligence to post-listing support.
- Develop listing policies and identify promising crypto projects.
- Negotiate strategic listing deals aligned with business growth.
🔹 Client & Trader Acquisition
- Identify and onboard institutional and retail traders, market makers, and HNW investors.
- Build partnerships to enhance trading volume and liquidity.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for user acquisition campaigns.
🔹 Market Research & Strategy
- Stay updated on crypto, fintech, and regulatory trends.
- Analyze competitors and suggest strategic improvements.
- Provide regular reports on market opportunities and growth strategies.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
✔ 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in fintech, crypto exchanges, or blockchain companies.
✔ Strong understanding of crypto trading, tokenomics, liquidity providers, and payment gateways.
✔ Proven track record of building industry relationships with crypto projects and institutional traders.
✔ Excellent negotiation, contract management, and deal-closing skills.
