Urban Science Interiors is hiring a highly skilled Architect to plan, design, and execute a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing innovative design solutions, managing projects, and collaborating closely with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Architectural Design & Execution

• Develop creative and functional architectural design solutions.
• Oversee the complete design process from concept to project completion.
• Ensure projects meet local building codes, sustainability standards, and client expectations.

🔹 Project Management

• Supervise and manage all phases of architectural projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.

🔹 Client Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback.
• Present design concepts, sketches, and 3D visualizations to stakeholders.
• Modify designs based on client input and project requirements.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Required)
✔ 3-4 years of experience in Dubai’s architecture and interior design industry
✔ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software
✔ Excellent communication, project management, and client-handling skills
✔ Familiarity with UAE’s building regulations and design standards

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month
