This role provides two types of engagement:
✅ Full-time Agents – Focus on selling and closing luxury property deals in Dubai.
✅ Mission-Based Agents – Represent Scealty at high-profile international real estate roadshows and exclusive events.

Key Responsibilities:

For Full-time Agents:

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive listings.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups.

For Mission-Based Agents (Event Representation):

• Attend international and local real estate roadshows.
• Represent Scealty and promote exclusive luxury property listings.
• Engage with potential clients, investors, and business partners.
• Provide insights on market trends and investment opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Two commission-based structures:

• Up to 60% commission-based model – High earning potential for top performers.
• Basic salary (AED 3,000 – 4,000) + commission – Stability with commission earnings.

Key Qualifications:

✔ Experience & Expertise:

• Proven experience in real estate, preferably in luxury properties.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (Additional languages like Arabic, Russian, Swedish, or Chinese are a plus).

✔ Skills & Competencies:

• Professional appearance and confident public speaking skills.
• Ability to travel internationally for roadshows (for mission-based agents).
