Talents Tide is hiring an IT Audit Manager (Banking) in Dubai to lead risk-based IT audit plans aligned with Sharia compliance. The role involves assessing IT systems, identifying gaps, ensuring adherence to Islamic financial regulations, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Audit Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement risk-based IT audit plans aligned with Sharia compliance principles.
• Evaluate IT systems, applications, and infrastructure for compliance with Islamic financial regulations.
• Identify and recommend corrective actions for non-compliant IT systems.

✅ Sharia Compliance & Risk Assessment:

• Collaborate with the Sharia governance team to ensure IT frameworks adhere to Islamic guidelines.
• Assess financial transactions, reporting systems, and automation for Sharia compliance.
• Identify IT risks related to Sharia governance and recommend mitigation strategies.

✅ Audit Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management and the Sharia board.
• Work closely with IT teams, internal auditors, and Sharia governance committees.
• Provide advisory support to IT projects for Sharia-compliant operations.

✅ Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on emerging IT audit practices, Sharia regulations, and financial technologies.
• Enhance audit methodologies, integrating cloud systems, blockchain, and AI under Sharia principles.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• CISA certification is a must. Additional certifications like CA, CPA, CSAA, or CIA are an advantage.

✔ Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years of IT audit experience, with at least 3 years in Sharia-compliant financial environments.
• Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles, Sharia governance, and financial systems.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and risk assessment skills.
