Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager (UAE National) to lead and oversee our organization’s IT operations, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on aligning technology solutions with business objectives, ensuring efficient IT systems, and driving innovation. The IT Manager will play a key role in ERP implementation, Microsoft 365 Dynamics customization, Google Workspace optimization, workflow automation, and system integrations to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT operations to ensure seamless functionality, security, and efficiency across all departments.
• Oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 Dynamics for CRM and ERP solutions.
• Utilize Google Workspace applications to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
• Integrate third-party tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Notion, Asana) for data synchronization and improved workflow.
• Implement automated workflows to streamline business operations and enhance efficiency.
• Drive change management initiatives, overseeing system transitions and user training.
• Manage website functionality, domain administration, and security protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends and recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with hands-on experience in implementation and business process optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Dynamics for CRM and ERP customization.
• Skilled in Google Workspace applications for team collaboration and workflow management.
• Experience in integrating platforms such as HubSpot, Zapier, Notion, and Asana.
• Understanding of website management, domain security, and automation tools.
• Expertise in change management and leading IT transitions.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in ERP implementation, system integration, and workflow automation.
