Carrier Refrigeration, a global leader in HVAC and refrigeration solutions, is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales in the Service Retrofit business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, managing complex sales processes, and ensuring client satisfaction with Carrier’s innovative cooling solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive sales and orders for Service Retrofit business.
✅ Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline (5x of target).
✅ Manage pipeline effectively using Salesforce (SFDC).
✅ Conduct energy studies and ROI calculations for replacement projects.
✅ Specialize in HVAC Plant Room Solutions (Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, and ancillary products).
✅ Sell residential & light commercial HVAC equipment (Package units, Ducted Splits, VRF).

🔹 Requirements:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in selling service agreements in the HVAC industry.
✔️ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
✔️ Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills.
✔️ Proven track record in managing complex sales processes & achieving targets.
✔️ Technical expertise in HVAC systems.
✔️ Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and sales tools.
