ADMR, a well-established healthcare organization, is seeking a Registered Nurse (Infirmier-ère Référent-e) to join its home care services team in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. This role involves evaluating patient needs, coordinating medical care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality home healthcare services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct home visits to assess patient needs and implement care plans.
✅ Supervise and coordinate nursing care and patient follow-ups.
✅ Maintain continuous medical coordination through calls and visits.
✅ Plan and organize daily interventions for the nursing team.
✅ Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff.
✅ Conduct case discussions, team meetings, and patient updates.
✅ Step in to provide direct nursing care if required.
✅ Ensure quality service continuity in the absence of the nursing coordinator.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ State Diploma in Nursing (Diplôme d’Etat d’Infirmier-ère).
✔️ Experience in medical-social home care services is preferred.
✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and handle complex cases.
✔️ Valid driving license (Permis B) required.

🔹 Job Conditions:
📌 Contract: Permanent (CDI), Part-time (28 hours/week).
📌 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, with on-call duties on weekends and public holidays.
📌 Salary: €17.15/hour (excluding on-call payments), negotiable based on experience.
