Job Title: Sales Engineer

Job Overview:

Amisa Kitchens and Ceramics is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a sales background, strong communication skills, and technical expertise in kitchen and ceramic products. This role involves generating sales leads, building client relationships, and providing customized solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Sales & Client Management

• Identify, generate, and follow up on sales leads for kitchen and ceramic products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions.

✅ Quotations & Negotiations

• Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and design solutions.
• Ensure that sales agreements align with customer requirements and company policies.

✅ Collaboration & Customer Satisfaction

• Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve client concerns efficiently.

✅ Sales Performance & Reporting

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements:

✔ Experience & Industry Knowledge

• Proven sales experience, preferably in construction, interiors, or ceramics.
• Previous experience in sales engineering is a plus.

✔ Technical & Communication Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications.
• Willingness to learn design programs for product customization.

✔ Organizational & Language Skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
