Khidmah is seeking a Process and Management System Specialist to oversee and enhance Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems in alignment with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 41001, ISO 45001, ISO 55001). The ideal candidate will conduct internal audits, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ ISO Compliance & Documentation: Develop and implement ISO policies, procedures, forms, and job descriptions.
✔ Audit & Risk Management: Conduct gap analyses, internal audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
✔ Process Optimization: Create process flowcharts and analyze system performance for efficiency.
✔ Training & Awareness: Promote ISO system awareness and provide technical training to employees.
✔ Reporting & Analysis: Prepare audit schedules, management review reports, and customer satisfaction analysis.
✔ Quality Control Inspections: Conduct site inspections, root cause analysis (RCA), and follow-ups on corrective actions.
✔ Third-Party Audit Readiness: Ensure the company is fully prepared for ISO certification and surveillance audits.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
✅ Certifications: Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 41001, ISO 45001, ISO 55001). Six Sigma training is preferred.
✅ Experience: 6+ years in industries like Facility Management, Property Management, Construction, or Manufacturing.
✅ Quality Assurance Expertise: 4+ years in QA/QC, process management, or technical roles.
✅ Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong knowledge of data analytics, risk management, and MS Office applications.
✅ Communication & Multilingual Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and work with diverse teams.
