Etihad Airways is seeking a Project Officer to support and manage the coordination, monitoring, planning, and delivery of Cargo Digital and Technology projects. The role requires working closely with the Project Manager, Cargo Digital Value Stream, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide project management support for Cargo Digital and Technology projects.
✔ Liaise with internal stakeholders for regular reviews and coordination.
✔ Manage and evaluate complex projects, ensuring proper prioritization.
✔ Work independently within Digital and Technology Cargo Value Stream with flexibility in changing requirements.
✔ Oversee cost management at the project level, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Airline Cargo, Cargo Automation, or Digital Cargo domains.
✅ Certifications: Project & Change Management certifications preferred.
✅ Project Management: Experience with Waterfall, Agile methodologies, SAFe, Scrum, and Lean Portfolio Management.
✅ Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA/JIRA Align, and other project management tools.
✅ Technical & Air Cargo Expertise: Strong domain knowledge with the ability to drive digital transformation solutions.
✅ Collaboration: Strong communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams across the organization.
