Cohere is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to work on cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) applications for enterprise AI adoption. This role involves leading ML teams, developing AI-powered solutions, and working cross-functionally to scale intelligence for businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead ML projects from ideation to production.
🔹 Mentor and guide engineers in advanced ML techniques.
🔹 Develop AI-powered enterprise solutions with LLMs.
🔹 Collaborate across teams including engineering, product, and legal.
🔹 Engage with partners and contribute to AI research and IP.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education & Experience:

• Prior leadership experience in ML applied research & production.
• Strong Python skills & expertise in TensorFlow, JAX, MLIR, XLA.
• Experience with large-scale distributed training & inference.
  ✅ Soft Skills:
• Strong mentorship, communication & problem-solving abilities.
• Cross-disciplinary collaboration experience.
• Working proficiency in Arabic (preferred).
  ✅ Bonus Points:
• Experience in B2B ML solutions.
