Rejlers, a leading Nordic engineering consultancy, is seeking an Electrical Designer Engineer (Construction Management experience) for its Abu Dhabi operations. The role involves executing substation projects in the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring safety compliance, quality assurance, and project timeline adherence. The candidate will closely coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure construction activities align with ADNOC HSE policies.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee daily electrical construction activities in substation projects.
🔹 Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
🔹 Promote and enforce a strong safety culture following ADNOC HSE policies.
🔹 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for smooth project execution.
🔹 Utilize AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other design tools for electrical system planning.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6-10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical industries.
  ✅ Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related design software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in construction management within substation projects.
