Marriott International is hiring an Officer – Loss Prevention at Bulgari Resort Dubai. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property by implementing preventive measures, investigating incidents, and enforcing security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Monitor & enforce security measures to protect hotel property and guests.
🔹 Conduct regular security patrols to detect and prevent risks.
🔹 Investigate incidents, thefts, and suspicious activities and prepare reports.
🔹 Coordinate with local law enforcement & emergency services when required.
🔹 Ensure compliance with Marriott International’s safety & security policies.
🔹 Assist in guest & employee safety training.
🔹 Operate and monitor CCTV and security systems.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
  ✅ Skills Required:
• Strong observation & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in security reporting & risk assessment.
• Good communication & teamwork skills.
  ✅ Work Environment:
• Fast-paced hospitality setting with shifts, including nights & weekends.
• Requires standing for long periods & physical activity.
