Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Execution

  • Identify, generate, and manage leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct property viewings and efficiently close deals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide expert advice on real estate properties and investment opportunities.
  • Offer professional guidance to clients on market trends and pricing strategies.

Market Knowledge & Competitive Edge

  • Stay updated on real estate trends, property listings, and competitive market analysis.
  • Develop a strong understanding of investment opportunities and pricing strategies.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

📌 Sales & Negotiation Skills:

  • Strong ability to persuade and close deals effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

📌 Communication & Client Management:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interactions.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

📌 Market Knowledge & Organization:

  • Understanding of real estate trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, listings, and meetings efficiently.

 

Preferred Candidate:

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in real estate sales (preferred: 3+ years).
Languages: Fluency in Arabic & English.
Professionalism: Well-groomed, customer-focused approach.
Location: Residence in UAE preferred.
