Air Arabia is conducting a Cabin Crew Recruitment Drive in Bosnia for candidates available for assessments there. The selected candidates will serve as Air Arabia’s brand ambassadors, ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and exceptional customer service. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Pre-flight Preparation: Ensure timely attendance, grooming, and compliance with safety protocols.
✅ Safety & Security: Conduct safety briefings, identify risks, and administer first aid if needed.
✅ Customer Service: Assist passengers with boarding, address their requests, and enhance their flight experience.
✅ Onboard Sales: Promote meals, duty-free products, and charity programs to meet revenue targets.
✅ Cabin Checks & Reports: Perform pre-flight and post-flight safety checks, maintain flight logs, and report any irregularities.

Eligibility Criteria:

🔹 Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate required.
• Training in First Aid, Safety, or Emergency Procedures is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior aviation or hospitality experience is an advantage.

🔹 Physical Requirements:

• Age: 20-33 years.
• Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male).
• Weight: In proportion to height and age.
• No visible tattoos or marks while wearing the uniform.
• Ability to swim with a flotation device.
• Medically fit to perform cabin crew duties.
