Aldar Education is seeking Elementary Teachers for Yasmina American School in Abu Dhabi for the AY 2025-2026 academic year. The school follows a comprehensive American curriculum from Pre-KG to Grade 5, focusing on academic excellence and personal development. The ideal candidate should be a passionate educator who can deliver inspiring lessons, foster student engagement, and work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure student success.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
✅ Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
✅ Assess and track student progress using Target Tracker and other evaluation tools.
✅ Collaborate with colleagues and curriculum support staff to enhance student learning.
✅ Maintain strong communication with parents and carers regarding student progress.
✅ Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and educational outings.
✅ Ensure discipline and behavior management in line with school policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related subject with PGCE or equivalent teacher qualification.
🔹 Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience.
🔹 Experience working with students for whom English is not their first language is an advantage.
🔹 Strong passion for teaching and child development.
🔹 Ability to engage in extra-curricular activities and school initiatives.
🔹 Must reside in the same Emirate as the assigned school.
