Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is looking for a passionate and service-oriented In-Room Dining Server to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests in their rooms, ensuring timely service, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly, ensuring all special requests are met.
• Verify kitchen orders with guest requests to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including preparation methods and taste profiles.
• Set up and clean in-room dining tables, condiments, flatware, and side stations.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Process guest checks accurately, securing room number and signature for proper billing.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ work standards and regulations.
• Work professionally with colleagues, supervisors, and management.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager or Hotel Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
• Strong understanding of food and wine pairings.
• Outgoing personality with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
