📜 Menu Knowledge: Assist in menu presentation, make recommendations, and take orders.

💰 Billing & Coordination: Follow up on billing and table clearing efficiently.
🧹 Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain buffet and table cleanliness during service hours.
📢 Guest Relations: Communicate with guests and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
🎓 Training & Development: Attend training sessions & team briefings.
👔 Professional Grooming: Maintain neat uniform and personal hygiene as per Mandarin Oriental standards.

Requirements

✅ Education: Certification or Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred).
✅ Experience: Standalone restaurant or luxury resort experience is a plus.
✅ Guest Service Passion: Friendly, engaging, and dedicated to high-quality service.
✅ Languages: Italian-speaking candidates will have an advantage.
