Job Title: Watchman with Electrical Maintenance Experience

Job Description:

We are hiring a reliable and vigilant Watchman to oversee and maintain the security and cleanliness of three buildings. This role also requires basic experience in electrical maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patrolling the premises, monitoring entry points, and responding promptly to any irregularities or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Monitoring & Patrolling:

• Conduct routine patrols to ensure all areas are safe and secure.

• Monitor for unusual or suspicious activities around the property.

• Keep all access points secure, including gates, doors, and windows.

• Operate and monitor CCTV or surveillance systems (if available).

Access Control:

• Manage the entry and exit of visitors, employees, and vehicles.

• Maintain a clear log of visitors, deliveries, and incidents.

Incident Reporting & Documentation:

• Immediately report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.

• Keep accurate records of daily activities, maintenance needs, and unusual events.

Emergency Response:

• Respond quickly to emergencies such as fire, theft, or accidents.

• Contact relevant emergency services when required.

Property Protection:

• Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.

• Ensure all areas are secured after hours.

Maintenance Support:

• Perform minor electrical tasks and report larger issues to the maintenance team.

• Report any broken fixtures, damaged locks, or lighting issues during patrols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Watchman/Security Guard.

• Basic knowledge and experience in electrical maintenance.

• Responsible, trustworthy, and observant.

• Physically fit and able to work extended shifts.

• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
