JD.COM, a global leader in e-commerce and logistics, is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader for its Dubai operations. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a motivated individual with hands-on experience in warehouse environments who is ready to step into a leadership role.

The Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for supervising a team of operatives, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks such as receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching.

• Ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with safety protocols.

• Allocate duties and monitor team performance to achieve shift targets.

• Support the Warehouse Supervisor with performance monitoring and operational reporting.

• Address basic operational challenges and escalate complex issues as needed.

• Oversee equipment use and provide basic troubleshooting support.

• Train and onboard new team members in warehouse processes.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar operational role.

• Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory capacity preferred.

• Good understanding of warehouse systems, equipment, and safety practices.

• Effective communication and leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.

• Physically fit and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
