Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor 

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a 6-month contract with a potential extension, to join a dynamic industrial SME specializing in high-pressure pump equipment in Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates already based in Dubai who are available to start immediately.

Position Details:

• 📍 Location: Dubai, JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone)

• 📆 Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential to extend)

• 💰 Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month

About the Role:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for handling inventory control, managing import/export operations, and overseeing Freezone logistics, especially related to equipment and rental documentation. You must be well-versed in customs clearance processes, particularly within Jebel Ali.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse and logistics operations within JAFZA

• Coordinate import/export processes, including Freezone clearance and global shipping

• Prepare accurate international customs and clearance documentation

• Manage movement of sales and rental equipment, ensuring full compliance

• Collaborate with stakeholders and handle key shipments, especially to KSA (Saudi Arabia – preferred)

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, warehousing, and inventory control

• Strong understanding of customs documentation and Freezone logistics

• Prior experience working in Jebel Ali Freezone is essential

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Must be currently residing in Dubai and immediately available
