Job Summary:
Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join their Pool Bar team. This full-time on-site role requires delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining a high level of professionalism and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the “Ultimate Experience” to guests at the Pool Bar.

• Assist and guide colleagues with daily duties, ensuring top service standards.

• Resolve guest complaints courteously and professionally.

• Maintain an elegantly arranged and welcoming poolside dining area.

• Perform all opening and closing duties as scheduled.

• Ensure consistent service standards are applied across all meal periods.

• Manage inventory of supplies and materials in advance.

• Understand all menu items including ingredients and preparation methods.

• Operate POS systems (Micros) for billing and reporting.

• Uphold safety standards and respond promptly to emergencies.

• Record and communicate guest preferences with the team.

Candidate Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Degree from a Hotel School.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star international hotel.

• Trained in up-selling techniques and HACCP protocols.

• Proficient in using Micros POS system.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

• Organized, efficient, and maintains a positive attitude under pressure.
