Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly, take food and beverage orders, and share menu recommendations.

• Ensure orders are accurately communicated to the kitchen and served in a presentable manner.

• Provide sincere, enthusiastic, and high-quality service to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Maintain thorough menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.

• Prepare bills, handle transactions accurately, and follow hotel policies.

• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and well-presented.

• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless service.

• Train new staff members and participate in ongoing learning and development.

• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work various shifts.

• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and customer-service focus.
