ANdAZ Dubai The Palm is looking for a professional and courteous Waiter/Waitress to deliver an exceptional dining experience to guests. The role involves serving food and beverages, providing personalized service, handling guest inquiries and payments, and ensuring smooth operations in the Food & Beverage department.

Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests at all times.

• Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly.

• Handle guest complaints, reporting to supervisors when necessary, and ensure follow-up.

• Perform opening and closing procedures as assigned.

• Monitor operating supplies to reduce spoilage and wastage.

• Recommend food and beverage combinations; upsell and cross-sell menu items.

• Maintain awareness of hotel activities and ensure smooth handover for the next shift.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel operations or Food & Beverage service.

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, flexible, and detail-oriented approach to guest service.
