Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, one of the renowned hotel properties under the Rotana group, is hiring a Waiter / Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional service.

The selected candidate will ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience by providing professional, personalized, and courteous service in the restaurant or dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner

• Serve food and beverages as per the hotel’s service standards

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and provide recommendations to guests

• Ensure food and drink quality before serving

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

• Prepare the dining area before and after service (mise-en-place and mise-en-scène)

• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints efficiently

• Use upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue

• Monitor and minimize wastage and breakages

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management or vocational training in Food & Beverage

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus

• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle fast-paced service situations

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
