Marriott International is seeking a Waiter for their Il Caffe restaurant at the Bvlgari Resort Dubai, Jumeirah Bay Island. The role involves serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining operational standards. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, attentive, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests according to service standards.

Set tables appropriately for events and service types.

Answer guest questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding orders, allergies, dietary requirements, and special requests.

Record transactions accurately using the MICROS system.

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.

Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and utensils.

Complete closing duties, including restocking and turning off lights.
-
Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and operational procedures.

Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.

Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and support team objectives.

Stand, sit, walk, lift, carry, and move objects as required for the role.

Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage service.
-
No supervisory experience required.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
