We are currently seeking a Waiter to join our world-class team at Billionaire Dubai. As a Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests receive unparalleled service that reflects the high standards and sophistication associated with the Billionaire brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally welcome and engage with guests, ensuring all needs are anticipated and addressed promptly.

• Deliver an exceptional and consistent dining experience from seating to departure.

• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management teams for smooth service flow.

• Monitor the presentation and quality of dishes and beverages before serving.

• Tactfully handle guest complaints or issues, aiming for complete satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings, glassware, and reset arrangements.

• Provide regular feedback to management on guest experiences, staff performance, and operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior waiter or head waiter position within a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with high-profile guests.

• Deep attention to detail and understanding of fine dining standards.

• Solid knowledge of international cuisine, fine wines, and premium beverages.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.

• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
