Apparel Group, a leading global fashion and lifestyle retailer, is seeking a talented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store brand experience and maximize commercial opportunities. The Visual Merchandiser will develop and execute creative visual concepts, ensuring brand standards are consistently met across stores, while training store teams to maintain high-quality merchandising practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deliver, and communicate visual concepts to promote brand, products, and services in-store.

• Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards in windows and in-store displays.

• Coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategies.

• Create floor plans and layouts to maximize visual impact and customer engagement.

• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and in-store layouts effectively.

• Capture photographs of all merchandise display changes.

• Use creative lighting techniques for window displays.

• Re-merchandise stores when new trends emerge and ensure proper placement of new product lines.

• Ensure consistent merchandising across all categories.

• Collect feedback and reviews of merchandise displays for continuous improvement.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations and brand management teams to increase sales.

• Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals.

• Participate in pre-opening activities of new stores and conduct timely visits to ensure standards are implemented.

• Research current market trends and consumer lifestyles to inform merchandising strategies.
