Job Title: Visa Consultant 

Job Description:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Visa Consultant to manage the full visa application cycle for both individual (B2C) and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of global visa processes, embassy protocols, and exceptional client handling skills.

You will be responsible for advising clients, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate visa submissions for various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end visa processing for tourist, business, transit, and other visa types

• Advise clients on eligibility, required documents, application forms, and appointment scheduling

• Process visa applications for UAE and international destinations

• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers (VACs) for updates and clarifications

• Monitor and track visa applications, providing clients with regular status updates

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client documentation

• Stay up to date with evolving visa policies, travel advisories, and embassy procedures

• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of proven experience in visa consultancy, preferably in B2C client handling

• Excellent knowledge of visa application protocols, embassy regulations, and supporting documents

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a plus)

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple visa applications at once

• Familiarity with online visa portals, embassy systems, and scheduling platforms
