Venture Search is partnering with a leading government-owned investment company to hire a Vice President for overseeing the end-to-end investment process across the full deal cycle. The role involves sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments, while managing relationships with subsidiaries, monitoring performance, and driving acquisitions and disposals of joint ventures and subsidiary businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Sourcing & Evaluation: Lead end-to-end investment proposals for real estate and operating businesses, conducting market research, and evaluating financial and operational performance.

• Due Diligence & Transaction Structuring: Perform due diligence with internal and external advisors, recommend transaction terms, and secure funding.

• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain financial models, support budgeting, forecasting, and assessment of financial performance.

• Acquisition Execution & Documentation: Structure and negotiate agreements, manage transaction documentation, and ensure smooth asset transitions.

• Portfolio Monitoring & Strategic Planning: Establish reporting frameworks, provide strategic input, and monitor JV/Sub performance.

• JV/Subsidiary Development & Reporting: Assist in business planning, budgeting, performance tracking, and generating reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in investment management, including 3+ years in hospitality, investment banking, or related fields.

• Skills: Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, transaction documentation management, and experience in buy-side roles and real estate investment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Accounting (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred).

• Communication & Coordination: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to develop board-level materials.
