• Yellow Door Energy is looking for a Vice President of Corporate Finance and M&A to lead its financial strategy as the company expands across the Middle East and Africa. This role will involve capital raising, M&A activities, financial risk management, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders and external partners such as banks and equity investors. The position is based in Dubai, with consideration for candidates in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Yellow Door Energy’s corporate finance strategy, including debt financing, capital structuring, and M&A.

• Lead and oversee the structuring, negotiation, and integration of M&A deals, joint ventures, and acquisitions.

• Represent the company at investor meetings and financial forums.

• Manage project finance transactions, financial modeling, and investment analysis.

• Lead financial risk management efforts across the organization.

• Build and lead a high-performing corporate finance team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CFA/CPA preferred.

• 10–15 years of experience in corporate finance, including M&A and project finance.

• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of capital structuring, financial forecasting, and investor relations.

• Background in renewable energy or infrastructure sector is preferred.

• Experience working with financial institutions in the Middle East or South Africa.
