Pawspact is seeking a compassionate, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join their team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm welcome for both pets and their owners, managing appointments, and providing valuable information on veterinary care. The position requires excellent communication skills, a love for animals, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and pets with professionalism and empathy.

Provide advice on pet care services and address client inquiries.

Manage appointments using clinic scheduling software.

Maintain clear communication via phone, email, and in-person.

Upsell relevant clinic services and products.

Handle patient records, billing, and other administrative tasks.

Manage and represent the clinic’s social media presence positively.

Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Skills & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative certifications are a plus).

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in veterinary or healthcare.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy for animals.

Proficiency with computer systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Sales-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for animals.
Preferred:

Knowledge of veterinary terminology.

Experience managing business social media accounts.

Familiarity with PMS systems.
