BNP Paribas is seeking fresh UAE National graduates with a Family Book for its UAE Graduate Trainee Program. This 18–24 month rotational program provides hands-on experience in various banking departments, allowing participants to learn, perform supervised tasks, and develop professional skills. The role involves completing mandatory induction sessions, participating in the Ethraa Program by EIF, and engaging in departmental rotations to gain in-depth industry knowledge. Candidates will be expected to show strong engagement, punctuality, and adaptability in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all mandatory induction sessions and training modules.

• Participate in 3-month departmental rotations across various bank functions.

• Perform assigned tasks under supervision and report progress to mentors and management.

• Attend and successfully complete all Ethraa Program modules and exams.

• Maintain positive attitude, punctuality, and strong teamwork.

Skills and Qualifications:

• UAE National with Family Book (mandatory requirement).

• Fresh graduate with no banking employment in the past 12 months.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
