Job Title: Typist & Administrative Public Relations Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Typist & Administrative Public Relations Officer to manage visa processing and documentation with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role demands deep knowledge of UAE labour and immigration laws, advanced use of government portals, and strong coordination with regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Visa Application Processing:

Prepare, type, and submit all visa application types with utmost precision

Monitor applications, resolve processing issues, and update records timely

Ensure all documentation complies with UAE labor laws and immigration guidelines

Review applications to verify accuracy before submission

Communicate updates, troubleshoot issues, and implement resolutions

Draft official letters and provide translation (Arabic-English) for documentation
Government Liaison & Coordination:
-
Maintain strategic relations with immigration and labor departments to expedite application handling
-
Stay informed of procedural changes and advocate effectively for client cases
Data Entry & Record Management:
-
Accurately enter and maintain visa-related records and documentation
-
Submit expense reports and generate necessary client/accounting statements
-
Organize documents as per company naming and filing protocols
-
Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection
Government Portal Proficiency:
-
Handle all UAE government portals (e.g., GDRFA, ICA, Free Zone systems) for visa submissions
-
Verify accuracy of data and upload necessary documentation
-
Monitor system changes, optimize process flows, and resolve portal-related issues

Participate in trainings and share knowledge with the team
Qualifications & Skills:

High typing proficiency with speed and accuracy

Advanced proficiency in Arabic (native preferred) and English

Minimum of 2–3 years experience in UAE visa processing and government systems

Strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration regulations
-
Familiarity with Free Zone procedures is a plus
