Burjline Builders is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel & Holidays Consultant (Inbound and Outbound) to join our team in Dubai. We specialize in creating seamless travel experiences, both locally and internationally, and are looking for a dynamic individual who can handle operations, logistics, and customer coordination with confidence and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics and operations for holiday packages, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Liaise with travel partners, vendors, and internal teams to secure bookings and resources.
- Manage inventory levels and respond to client demand efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance workflow and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound holiday package operations, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients and vendors professionally.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency in relevant operational software and travel industry tools.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
Languages Required:
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a strong advantage.
