Urban Ridge Supplies is hiring a Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning seamless travel experiences from start to finish. This role requires strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and a deep understanding of travel trends, destinations, and packages. The ideal candidate will manage bookings, promote travel packages, and provide tailored recommendations based on client preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research travel destinations, costs, customs, weather conditions, and reviews.

• Understand client needs and recommend personalized travel services or packages.

• Coordinate complete travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transport.

• Provide clients with travel guides, maps, and relevant materials.

• Handle bookings, collect deposits/balances, and maintain financial records.

• Promote tour packages using marketing materials and promotional techniques.

• Manage travel issues or complaints and assess refund eligibility.

• Stay updated on tourism trends by attending relevant conferences.

• Maintain client records and build strong customer relationships.

• Work towards meeting revenue and profit goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (Required).

• At least 1 year of experience in travel/visa consulting.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings efficiently.

• Proficient in maintaining records and handling financial transactions.

Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month
