Job Title: Travel Agent & Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Travel Agent to join our team full-time. This role combines traditional travel consultancy with modern marketing—perfect for someone who thrives in customer service, has strong sales acumen, and enjoys creating engaging digital content. You’ll be responsible for curating seamless travel experiences for clients, managing bookings, and boosting our online presence through social media and video marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with visa processing, ticket bookings, accommodations, travel insurance, and itinerary planning

• Understand customer needs and recommend ideal destinations, dates, and packages

• Coordinate with vendors, process payments, and manage end-to-end bookings

• Create and manage social media content and short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

• Handle client inquiries, complaints, cancellations, and refund resolutions

• Maintain accurate records in reservation systems and client databases

• Develop relationships with tour operators and travel service providers

• Track and report sales performance and financial targets

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Agent

• Proficiency in computer reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)

• Excellent English communication; fluency in Hindi & Urdu is mandatory

• Social media savvy with experience in creating promotional video content

• Strong sales skills and ability to close deals

• Multilingual abilities and marketing experience are a strong plus
