Job Title: Ticketing Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing flight bookings, cancellations, re-issuances, and refunds. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre and committed to delivering excellent customer service with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Book domestic and international flights using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre)

Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund air tickets as per airline policies and fare rules

Offer clients the best fare options, routes, and travel solutions tailored to their needs

Coordinate with airlines and vendors for group bookings, schedule changes, and special service requests

Efficiently manage B2B and B2C ticketing systems

Ensure all ticketing documentation is correctly generated, recorded, and stored

Stay informed on updated airline guidelines, fare structures, travel regulations, and visa requirements

Handle client queries and provide assistance via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy
Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in flight ticketing and reservations

Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a must)

Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, refund policies, and booking procedures

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage workload efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail
