DHL Express is looking for a Territory Manager for Dubai. The role focuses on generating revenue from a geographically assigned sales territory through customer service, retention, and acquiring new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will maintain customer relationships, ensure pricing accuracy, and develop strategic sales plans to meet profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent DHL professionally, maintaining high customer rapport and service standards.

Address customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate DHL department.

Maintain and communicate accurate customer-related information in sales systems.

Promote the DHL brand, ensuring it reflects high standards.

Negotiate pricing and ensure profitability targets are met for customers.

Review customer prices regularly and renegotiate when discrepancies arise.

Develop a pipeline to secure competitor and prospect business in the shortest time.

Maximize the growth of existing customers and pursue new business.

Develop a personal sales plan and call cycle, focusing on growth and customer acquisition.

Monitor customer satisfaction and address business fluctuations or risks.

Take corrective action when needed to retain or grow customer relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:

3-5 years of hard-core sales experience, preferably in a segmented service industry, air express, or freight forwarding.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a distinct advantage).

Strong problem-solving, networking, and negotiation skills.
-
Experience in a complex sales environment with excellent selling skills.
-
Ability to work independently with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Degree/Diploma in business or related fields (preferred).
