APM Monaco, a renowned contemporary fashion jewelry brand inspired by the chic lifestyle of Monaco and the South of France, is looking for a Temporary Customer Care Associate for a 5-month contract (Oct 2025 – Feb 2026). The role requires fluency in Arabic and English and involves handling customer queries via calls, emails, and live chat, ensuring excellent pre- and post-sales support. Candidates with strong communication skills and prior experience in customer service or luxury retail are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer calls and collect necessary information.

Respond to customer emails and live chat for pre-sales and after-sales service.

Coordinate with Logistics, After Sales Service, and global boutiques daily.

Follow up on offline store enquiries and complaints.

Support with ad-hoc projects as assigned by the manager.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or luxury retail.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proactive, patient, and committed attitude.

Immediate availability preferred.
