Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Business Development Team. This freelance opportunity is ideal for dynamic, persuasive individuals looking to grow their sales career by engaging with customers across the GCC region. You will play a key role in driving sales revenue by selling our leading products over the phone and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing customers using scripted sales calls

Promote and explain product offerings over the phone

Identify customer needs and work to close sales effectively

Forward qualified leads to the field sales team when needed

Accurately enter and update customer data in the system

Process customer orders with attention to detail

Address concerns and resolve issues to maintain customer trust

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and sales interactions
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of telesales experience (motivated freshers may apply)

Excellent English communication and presentation skills

Energetic, confident, and customer-focused attitude

Female candidates only (Filipino nationality preferred)

Age between 25 to 35 years

Familiarity with UAE market and culture is a plus

Must be residing in Ras Al Khaimah
