Platinum Vision Real Estate Brokerage, a growing real estate agency in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a Telemarketer to join their on-site sales and customer engagement team. This full-time role requires proactive communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting sales efforts to promote the company’s property services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate services

• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads

• Handle customer inquiries and maintain detailed customer records

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify prospects and drive conversions

• Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service

• Meet performance targets and contribute to team success

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong background in customer service and appointment scheduling

• Knowledge of sales strategies and ability to handle objections

• Well-organized and able to work in a high-pressure environment

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage

• Prior experience in real estate or a similar sales-based industry is preferred
